Business name and phone number from Google Business Profiles
Publicly listed business addresses and websites

We do not collect personal consumer data, financial information, or any data from non-public sources.

How We Use This Information

We use publicly available business contact information solely to send a one-time SMS outreach message introducing our web design services. We do not use this information for any other purpose.

SMS Text Messaging

Acheron Digital may send SMS text messages to publicly listed business phone numbers to introduce our web design services. By providing your phone number or responding to one of our messages, you consent to receive text messages from Acheron Digital.

Message Frequency: You will receive no more than one (1) introductory message. Follow-up messages are only sent if you respond to us first. We do not send recurring or automated marketing messages.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Acheron Digital is not responsible for any carrier charges.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

We do not share your phone number or messaging data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with any third parties. Your data is used exclusively by Acheron Digital for the purpose described above.

Opting Out

You can opt out of receiving messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Once you opt out, we will immediately remove your contact information from our outreach list and you will not receive further messages.

Data Retention

Business contact information is retained only for the duration of the outreach campaign. Contacts who opt out are permanently removed from our records.
